Logic Cubs · Hetu Works LLC · Last updated: October 1, 2026

Logic Cubs is a learning app for young children, made by Hetu Works LLC ("we," "us"). We built it to be a safe, private place for children to learn — with no advertising, no tracking, and no third‑party analytics. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices parents have.

The short version: Children don't create accounts or enter personal information. We never track children or show ads. A parent may optionally sign in (with Apple or Google) to save progress across devices. A parent who signs in gets at most one email a week from us — their child's progress and what is new in Logic Cubs — and can stop it with one click. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the app.

Children's privacy (COPPA)

Logic Cubs is directed to children. We designed it so that we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Children use the app without signing in or entering any personal details. Actions that involve accounts, purchases, or links out of the app are placed behind a parental gate (an adult must solve a challenge), so they are controlled by a parent, not a child.

Email we send to parents

If a parent signs in, we send at most one email a week to the address they signed in with. We never email a child — children do not give us an address. The email can have two parts:

Stopping it. The link at the bottom of every email turns off either part, or both, in one click — no sign‑in needed. The progress part can also be switched off in the app's Grown‑ups area.

No tracking in the email. We do not use tracking pixels or tracked links, so we do not know whether an email was opened or what was tapped in it. The pictures in the email load from our own website and storage, the way pictures on any web page do.

What we never do

Service providers we use

We use a small number of trusted providers strictly to operate the app. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

How data is stored and protected

Account and progress data is stored with Google Firebase and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access is limited to the signed‑in parent's own account.

Your choices & deleting your data

If we make material changes, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
